Second Board Meeting
Our second board meeting was held November 7. We voted to meet no less than quarterly, and to include specific wording in an amendment to our Articles of Incorporation that was suggested by our accountant.
We also discussed our “Meet MOSA” coffee, to be held in January. We have been introducing ourselves to (we hope) interested people one at a time, but through this forum we will share our progress with those we haven’t seen in a while, and ideally inspire a few people who haven’t yet heard of us.
