We are very excited to be starting a collaboration with Slater Mill, in Pawtucket RI. Slater Mill is a wonderfully inspiring place for developing tactile exploration (gears, water, textiles, sound and movement - it’s all there!) The Rhode Island Museum of Science and Art was founded in 2009 and became a federally recognized 501-c-3 organization in 2010. Our hands-on, interactive art/science exhibits are currently “pop-ups” – that is, they are shown for short periods of time at venues throughout the state.
